As per recent amendment in section 200(3) of the Income Tax Act 1961, with effect from 01.04.2025, restriction will be imposed on the time line for revision of TDS/TCS statement.
As per the revised rules, any TDS/TCS statement can be revised within 6 years from the date on which the original statement was filed.
